1. General Questions

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please email us.

What is your warranty?

The Paddlemaran aluminum frame has a 5-year money back or replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. The hammock has a 1-year money back or replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. 

2. Product Questions

What is the Paddlemaran™ made of?

1.5"x1"x.125" Aluminum tubing, stainless steel hardware, Velcro™ and marine grade 600D nylon.

How difficult is setting it up?

Putting the Paddlemaran™ together takes two minutes. Attaching it to your paddle boards takes another five minutes. It comes in a convenient duffle bag for carrying and storage. Visit the ASSEMBLY PAGE for instructions.

Does it come with paddleboards?

For now we are just selling the Paddlemaran™ frame. We will soon be selling a complete kit with everything you need - including sun hats!

How much can the nylon hammock hold?

We've safely put a 200lb person on the hammock. We recommend no more than 150lbs. Do not jump on or off the hammock.

Is it safe for children?

We recommend all children (and pets) should wear an approved personal flotation device. The Paddlemaran is made of aluminum. The frame can be covered with a pool noodle to guard against falls.

Can I see this product in other colors?

For now, we just have blue. But, we plan on adding other colors and patterns. You will be able to swap your blue hammock out for camo!

Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Shipping should take 3-7 business days.

We offer a flat rate $35 shipping fee.

We do not offer free shipping.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure to provide your complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any delays in delivery.
